Better than Broom-Clean!
Once all items have been removed, we get to work, making sure your home is Better Than Broom-Clean prior to closing and done before the purchaser’s final walk through.
What you get:
- Bathroom(s): Showers/tubs are scrubbed, vanities are cleaned (including inside of cabinets and drawers), mirrors are cleaned, toilets scrubbed, and floors are mopped.
- Bedrooms and Closets: Windowsills, doors, and any wood trim (including floor boards) are dusted. Rugs are vacuumed, floors are mopped. Any ceiling fan blades will be dusted, as long as we can reach them with a three-step ladder.
- First Floor Living Areas: Windowsills, doors, and any wood trim (including floor boards) are dusted. Rugs are vacuumed, floors are mopped. Any ceiling fan blades are dusted as long as we can reach them with a three-step ladder.
- Kitchen: Countertops and sinks are cleaned. Any appliances that are staying are wiped down, including insides. Cabinets are wiped down – inside and out. Floors are mopped.
- Staircase(s): All banisters are dusted and handrails are wiped down, stairs are vacuumed/mopped.
- Bonus: If we see cobwebs or massive dust on the walls, we will wipe them down, along with any markings, to the best of our ability. If there are any small items left in the house, we will relocate them to the garage. We do not move furniture, nor do we move anything over 40 lbs. Any items that are over 40 lbs., or furniture pieces, will be left and we will work around them.

Shine My House!
You’ve decluttered your home and the last thing you want to do is clean your house for the Open House. Don’t worry, we’ve got your covered. We see what you’ve come to overlook, and then we clean it.
What you get:

- Bedrooms and Closets: Windowsills, doors, and any wood trim (including floor boards) are dusted. Rugs are vacuumed, floors are mopped. Any ceiling fan blades/lighting fixtures are dusted as long as we can reach them with a 3 step ladder. All walls are dusted and we do our best to clean any marks on walls.
- First Floor Living Areas: Windowsills, doors, and any wood trim (including floor boards) are dusted. Rugs are vacuumed, floors are mopped. Any ceiling fan blades and lighting fixtures are dusted as long as we can reach them with a 3 step ladder. Walls are dusted and we do our best to clean any marks on walls.
- Kitchen: Countertops and sinks are cleaned. Exteriors of appliances are cleaned. Cabinets are wiped down (inside only). Floors are mopped. Walls are wiped down and we do our best to clean any marks on walls.
- Staircase(s): All banisters are dusted and handrails are wiped down, stairs are vacuumed/mopped. Walls are wiped down and we do our best to clean any marks on walls.
- Bonus: We wipe down all baseboards in every room AND clean interior windows! (Exterior portion of window is not included.)
Satisfaction, Guaranteed!
Our work is guaranteed! We take pictures of each room before we leave and are not responsible for messes created after our departure. However, if there is something not cleaned to your satisfaction (within reason), we will come back (later that day or the next) to make it right.
$100 deposit required prior to cleaning to lock in day(s). There is no fee to change dates based on closing date changes, but availability may be impacted. We do our best to work with you.
Add-Ons:
Basement Sweep-Out
$150 – $200 for 2 total billing hours for one cleaner
(or one billing hour for two cleaners)
- What you get: We sweep the floor and vacuum up any cobwebs in the basement (we do not work in crawl spaces and must be able to stand upright). We will not move any items / furniture, and we do not clean up any clutter. We do not clean any mold on walls/floors.
Garage Sweep-Out
$100 – $150: Two total billing hours for one cleaner
(or one billing hour for two cleaners)
- What you get: We sweep the floor and vacuum up any cobwebs in the garage. We will not move any items or furniture, and we do not clean up any clutter. We do not clean any mold on walls or floors. If the garage is empty and water is on, we will spray down the garage floor. We do not remove any oil stains or stains of any kind from floors.

Our Rates
Hourly Rates:
- $70 – $140 per hour for two cleaners
- $35 – $70 per hour for one cleaner
- PLUS cost of supplies, which averages $25 – $100 based on condition of home.
Rates are determined based on condition of house, which includes (but is not limited to) amount of clutter (items on kitchen or bathroom counter(s), items on tables and side tables), condition of bathroom (example: it’s never been cleaned and will require more than normal scrubbing)…
A Better Than Broom Clean for a 2,500 square foot house will run around $350-$500.
A Shine My House for Open House Clean for a 1,500 square foot home that hasn’t been cleaned in a couple of years will run around $300-$400.

Payment is due upon completion per day. If a two-day job, payment for Day One is due at the end of Day One and payment for the balance is due at the end of Day Two.
